Using Website Checkout

Your check out is safe and secure at Paypal, within your own personal account.  No financial information is collected, or needed, when checking out from this website.

Shipping information is collected at checkout in order for us to process your order smoothly. Your email address will be used to send the tracking number for your package. There is an option to sign up for our online newsletter, which is not required. Please review our Privacy Policy page for further information.

At checkout you will have the option to save your information within a Seunta account. Saving your information to this account will allow you to view all past orders and speed up checkout for you. Financial information is not collected since we use Paypal as the preferred payment method.



  • Any discounts are now applied at checkout through the online store.
  • Discounts have an expiration date.
  • Discounts may be applied by using a code, other discounts may be deducted automatically.
  • Discounts and gift certificates may not be used with payment plans. 


Seunta offers three different gift certificates. If the certificate is available it will be posted in the gift certificate section

  • Gift certificates have no expiration date.
  • Gift certificates can be gifted to someone else or yourself.
  • Gift certificates contain a personalized message that you provide at the time of purchase.
  • Gift certificate balances are maintained for you though the checkout system at Seunta.
  • Gift certificates are applied towards any balance at checkout and may not be used with payment plans. 
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CERTIFICATES.  Please email if you have any questions before you purchase.

Model Horses

A Gift of Artistry is a standard gift certificate available in different amounts that can be applied towards the purchase of any model for sale in the Seunta online store. It is a digital certificate that is emailed to the recipient.

Casting Service
A Gift of Inspiration is a gift certificate available in different amounts that can be applied towards the resin reproduction of a specific size model. It is a digital certificate that is emailed to the recipient. It is a complete discounted package to produce at least 10 copies of a sculpture.

Shrinky Service
A Gift of Enchantment is a standard gift certificate that can be applied towards the 3D scanning and printing of one model. It is a digital certificate that is emailed to the recipient. It is a complete package to produce at least one prototype that can then be used for reproduction (and may be used with a Gift of Inspiration).

Purchasing a gift card

Step 1 - Select a gift card
Select the gift card from its Products Page, and the gift card’s item page will open.
Select a value from the drop-down menu, then click Purchase.
The selection will go directly to the checkout page.

Step 2 - Select a delivery method
In the Gift Card Delivery box on the checkout page, select Email to Recipient or Email to You. 

Email to Recipient
If you want to email the gift card to a recipient, enter this information to include in the email sent to the recipient:
Recipient name
Recipient email (required)
Message (80 character limit)
Sender name

Step 3 - Complete checkout

To complete checkout:
Enter their email address and billing information.
Review their information.
Click Purchase.
Once the purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered using the selected method.

Email to Recipient - The recipient will receive an email with the gift card message and code.
Email to You - The purchaser will receive an email with a printable .pdf of the gift card.


Redeeming a gift card

Once the recipient receives their Gift of Artistry card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. Gift of Artistry cards apply to the order total, including tax and shipping.

If the order total exceeds the gift card value, they'll pay the remaining amount using Paypal.


If their order total is less than the gift card value, they can complete checkout without another payment method. The amount applied and remaining value displays in the grey box and in the order receipt.

Service gift cards (Gifts of Inspiration and Gifts of Enchantment) must be redeemed by contacting Seunta to schedule the service. Certain restrictions and guidelines may apply.



We maintain a great way to grab a super nice deal on a resin model through our annual summer sale (July) and holiday sale (November). It is one way we like to share customer appreciation. 

Not every model will be available in the sales. The holiday sale has several phases; customer appreciation celebration (first of Nov), black Friday 3-day sale (weekend following Thanksgiving) and the Christmas sale (December). There will be different models in each phase. The same model will not (normally) appear twice.

Raw castings, along with a few 'seconds', are offered in our Adoption Center. These types of castings are never included within any sale. All sale horses are fully cleaned, high quality castings.


Shipping to Painters

Shipping straight to the painter of your choice can be done under the following circumstances:
The name and full address of the painter MUST be located on the page of the Paypal transaction - no exceptions. Seunta can only ship to the address you provide on the Paypal transaction. All shipping addresses are confirmed at the time of shipping within the shipping notification that is sent to the email address, which should also be on the Paypal transaction. If proper information is not provided Seunta will not be responsible for any misdirected shipment. 



All shipping is USPS Priority. Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment. Email confirmation is sent as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We use commercial shipping and do not take packages to the post office counter. Your tracking number is sent by software via email. It may arrive at any time, day or night. The tracking number will always be sent just ahead of the package being picked up for delivery by the post office since the package is prepared in advance of pickup. You will need to allow 24 hours for your tracking to show up online.

There have been many times that packages have not seen scanned by our local office and the scan is not done until it arrives at the next station. There have been times that packages have not show up in online tracking until it actually arrived at the destination. If you have any question you are always welcome to email us, or call your local post office.

Customs forms will be accurate. No model ships as a gift if it has been a purchase. 

There are options for USA, Canada & International purchases. Please be sure your order matches the location on your Paypal address or the order will be canceled.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. 



Payment by Paypal is preferred. Checks and money orders may be accepted, but only with payment in full (no time payments).  Please contact us to make a payment other than with Paypal.

All ordering from the online store goes straight to Paypal.  Your check out is safe and secure at Paypal, within your own personal account. 

Time payments are not refunded. If the buyer decides not to complete the scheduled plan, or if the payments are missed (regardless of the reason), then all payments are forfeited and model returns for sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep track of when payment is due.

Please remember that once payments have been committed to a payment plan, payments cannot be altered or refunded.



Returns are accepted on items that have been purchased with payment in full at the time of order. Refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original shipping date. Buyer pays for return shipping cost. The model needs to be received in the same condition as it was sent - without any prepping, painting, or customizing. Feel free to contact us with any other concerns, at any time.

Please remember that once payments have been committed to a payment plan, payments cannot be altered or refunded for any reason. All sales are final on a model purchased through a payment plan.
