Not Every Attack Deserves a Battle

I acknowledge that some exchanges hurt me, not because the words were true, but because I care deeply about fairness and respect. What is said can be cruel, dismissive, and undeserved.

I do everything within reason, with honesty and transparency, even while carrying heavy responsibilities and personal challenges. Words say more about someone’s character than about mine.

I am not responsible for lack of empathy or composure. That anger does not belong to me.

I choose to release this interaction. It does not define me, my integrity, or the care I’ve given to others.

From this moment forward, this holds no emotional space in my life or my work. I take back my peace, my energy, and my sense of worth.

I am closing this chapter completely with grace, strength, and the knowledge that I remained professional under circumstances that would have broken lesser people.

What doesn’t kill you truly does make you stronger. The past few weeks have proven that our company, our community, and our commitment have only grown more resilient.

We’re surrounded by amazing people who believe in what we do, and we’re deeply grateful for the mutual support we share. These are the very people we work so hard for every day. They are the ones who understand, uplift, and inspire what we create. Those who choose hostility or disrespect are not the people we exist to please, nor do they define who we are or what we stand for.

And now… with renewed strength and clearer purpose. We’re moving forward. Some truly exciting things are coming with the New Year.
