Not New

It has been suggested that I am “publishing someone else’s work without authorization.” That is not true. Any images on this website in the discontinued/archival section serve as a portfolio of past projects.

They are photos that I personally took representing models that were produced through my business in prior years.

The section in question is historical in nature. It is not promoting or selling new work, but rather documenting Seunta LLC’s history in the hobby. Maintaining records of past work is a common and accepted practice for artists and businesses, and it demonstrates professional transparency and credibility.

It is unfortunate to see inaccurate claims being circulated online. If anyone has a legitimate dispute, the proper venue is the courts or professional mediation, not social media.

There is currently an active court case involving Fabrizio Sburlati. Out of respect for that process, I will not litigate the matter on social media. The appropriate place for disputes is in a courtroom or before a neutral third-party mediator, not in Facebook comment threads.

I have every right to protect my website and business. A criminal complaint regarding cybercrime has already been submitted to the Italian authorities, supported by full forensic evidence. Naturally, the company must take protective steps whenever necessary until these matters are resolved.

This is distinct difference from blocking someone merely to escalate defamatory commentary or to silence their ability to respond while making public allegations. One is responsible protection; the other is improper misuse of the tools provided by social platforms.

I also want to be absolutely clear: we have never reproduced anyone’s work without proper authority, and I never will. Any suggestion to the contrary is inaccurate. Microchips have been used as well.

Likewise, Facebook tools exist to allow page owners to manage who can comment or interact. Using those settings is not “hiding.” It is safeguarding against harassment and ensuring a professional environment for customers.

Collectors and community members can be assured that Seunta LLC continues to operate with integrity, as it has for over 15 years. The work speaks for itself, and my focus remains on serving customers.

I also encourage observers to take notice of the difference between statements claiming “no desire for drama” or “innocence” and the actual actions being taken. Conduct speaks louder than words. Professionals address concerns directly and through proper legal channels. You may want to ask why those spreading it aren’t doing just that. Those who do not, but instead rely on public accusations, reveal far more about their own motives than about the truth, and in a way, their obsession is flattering. That difference is telling, and I trust the community can see it clearly.

Not new. Just his act, repackaged and disputed.
