    UPDATE: EBAY found in my favor just now. eBay also told me that the same tracking number was used to fake a return pf triple vodka as was on another package. I have an email from eBay showing this!

  • This buyer is lying about receiving an empty box. The purchase date and delivery of this item was months ago. Additionally, here are verifiable screenshots showing the weight of the box in this post.

    As noted in the second page if her online posts, she was offered a refund at one point and refused. I never threaten anyone. Offer of a refund is not a threat.

  • Outside of eBay this buyer was a member of our artisans guild and was banned for nasty behavior. I have documentation of that as well. In this guild we work together in an online market place and many other projects.

    At the time of her dismissal from the guild (months ago), she had models belonging to Seunta in her possession and still has not returned them - sent months ago. They are considered stolen at this point. Obviously, she was not given any “run around” as she has those models. I have a contract as proof of this situation.

    She has posted lies and exaggerations in our online community in an attempt to harm this company. It is very obvious that it is nothing but revenge. She was not chosen for a painting project on famous horse. That decision was not even mine to make. I submitted names of interested artists to the own who made their own decision by reviewing each person. This buyer was NEVER commissioned by me. I have absolutely no need or desire for such a thing. There was NEVER any painting test trial. This is yet another lie. The owner made her decision based on her independent findings and I can also get an affidavit for that.

    There is evident defamation in her online posts motivated by bitterness and revenge, and this will be addressed by my attorney as soon as he is back in his office. I intend to seek professional legal help immediately.

 

This shows her complaint was that she received an empty box. Then what was there to be returned? She filed a return item request.

 

These next two images show that a 3 pound box was delivered to her in October… who would wait over a month to complain about getting an empty box?

I have additional documents, such as a contract for painting the models that she has not returned… she has had them since SEPTEMBER.
